<p><strong>Calling All Nonp</strong><strong>rofits! </strong>Get yourself a team of six together and head over to <strong><a href="http://www.facebook.com/PlazaBowl">Plaza Bowl</a> at Southside Plaza </strong>on <strong>Saturday, November 20 from 7:00-11:00pm </strong>for some duckpin bowling with the great folks at <strong><em><a href="http://www.styleweekly.com">Style Weekly</a></em></strong>. Plus, the &#8220;high rollers&#8221; may even get a chance to win some serious cash for their nonprofit. Anyone can attend and enjoy live music, prizes, glowing bowling and more!</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Teams needed </strong></span><br />
Form a team with your staff, board members, or attract new volunteers for a fun activity.<br />
Maximum six players per team; however, you can compete with less than six players<br />
$150 per team (includes shoes, lane and tournament entry fee)<br />
Nonprofits can register more than one team<br />
For-profit businesses can form a team and enjoy the night; however, they are not eligible to compete for the High Roller CASH prize.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Sessions</strong></span><br />
Teams will bowl for approximately 90 minutes to compete for the High Roller CASH prize.<br />
Two sessions available 7-9 p.m. or 9-11 p.m. We are limited to 20 teams per session.<br />
We will sell out of space when we reach 40 teams.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>High Roller CASH and other prizes</strong></span><br />
MUST be a certified nonprofit organization to qualify for the High Roller winning CASH prize<br />
We’re busy seeking contributions to the High Roller cash giveaway purse – a great way for individual philanthropists and corporations to spend those end-of-the-year revenues that are eligible for tax incentives. So send those donors our way.<br />
One High Roller winning team will be selected from the tournament. There is only one High Roller winning CASH prize.</p>
<p>Additional prizes for team themes, costumes, gutter balls and more! Get creative and have some FUN.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>FUN Stuff</strong></span><br />
Glow Bowling, Music, Food and beverages available through the Plaza Duckpin Bowling concession.</p>
<p>Spectators are welcome for both sessions to come cheer on their favorite teams.<br />
Teams are encouraged to show up early and or stay after their session to enjoy all the festivities.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>8th District City Councilwoman Reva Trammell is now the chairman of the Richmond Capital Region Taxicab Advisory Board.</p>
<p>According to an article in <a title="Style Trammell article" href="http://www.styleweekly.com/article.asp?idarticle=17513" target="_blank">Style Weekly</a>:</p>

Trammell, first appointed to the board in December, will lead the advisory body in developing recommendations for amending and administering taxicab rates and laws, identifying and recommending solutions to taxi-related issues and coordinating local law enforcement programs.</p>
<p>In addition to Richmond, other localities and groups represented on the board include Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover counties, the Capital Region Airport Commission, the business community and the taxicab industry.</p></blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">Ms. Trammell has always been a strong supporter of business development for her district. At the 8th district council forum she announced that a Hilton hotel will be built in her district.</p>
