The Richmond Police Department is investigating a body found at Hillside Court: “It is very clearly not natural causes,” said Richmond police Capt. Harvey Powers. Extra units were called in for crowd control and more than 150 people now surround police lines that have blocked off a section of the south Richmond complex.
